My Story
Catherine (Cat) Cordell, MSW, LCSW
Clinical Therapist

Hi, I’m Cat. I’m a clinical therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My passion is walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s the weight of trauma, the ups and downs of mental health, or the journey of recovery.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families from all walks of life in both community and healthcare settings. Along the way, I’ve learned that no two stories are the same. That’s why I take a collaborative, person-centered approach—tailoring therapy to fit your goals, strengths, and needs.

I draw from a variety of approaches, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused care—but the heart of my work is creating a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to go through things alone.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, pineapple pizza and getting creative with art. These parts of my life help me stay grounded and bring balance into the therapy room.
If you’re looking for a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward, I’d be honored to work with you.
